Terms & Conditions

This document sets out the rules that apply whenever you browse, book, or transact through Infinite-Route Travel — our website, mobile apps, booking tools, and every related service we offer (together, the "Services"). Continuing to use any of these Services means you've read this agreement in full and accepted it.

Through Infinite-Route Travel, customers can access a range of travel-related products and services, including — but not limited to:

• Flight bookings and airline tickets
• Hotel reservations and accommodation services
• Holiday and tour packages
• Visa assistance and travel documentation support
• Travel insurance facilitation
• Destination experiences and add-on services

• You must be 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our Services.
• You're required to keep the personal and payment information you provide accurate, complete, and current.
• We may restrict or revoke platform access where we detect fraud, misuse, or a breach of this agreement.

• Every booking depends on availability and must be confirmed by the relevant supplier.
• A reservation only becomes valid once Infinite-Route Travel issues confirmation — by email, SMS, or receipt.
• It's the customer's responsibility to check every booking detail and flag any errors to us without delay.
• We'll pass special requests (meals, seating, accessibility needs) on to suppliers, but we can't guarantee they'll be honoured.

• Displayed prices can change at any point before payment is completed in full.
• Fares may move up or down based on market demand, currency shifts, or remaining seat/room inventory.
• Applicable taxes, surcharges, and service fees will be shown to you before you pay.
• All payments must go through our approved channels and be made in the stated currency.
• Bookings paid for with incomplete or fraudulent funds may be cancelled by Infinite-Route Travel.

• Cancellation and refund terms are set by the underlying supplier (airline, hotel, etc.).
• Non-refundable fares and promotional packages often carry no refund entitlement.
• Any cancellation or amendment request must be submitted in writing through our official channels.
• Processing a change or cancellation may attract an administrative fee.
• Refunds are released once the supplier processes them, which can take several weeks.

• Securing valid passports, visas, and any other required paperwork is entirely the traveller's responsibility.
• We can assist with visa applications, but approval is never guaranteed by Infinite-Route Travel.
• We hold no liability for refused entry, deportation, or travel restrictions stemming from incomplete documentation.

Flight timing, routes, and operations remain entirely at the discretion of the operating carrier and can change without notice. Infinite-Route Travel carries no responsibility for delays, cancellations, or connections that are missed as a result. Travellers are expected to follow airline rules and safety requirements, and any refund or rebooking will be handled according to the airline's own policy.

• To hire a vehicle you'll need a valid driving license, a credit card, and to meet the supplier's own conditions.
• Insurance for hired vehicles is arranged and provided by the third-party rental company, not by us.
• Airport and hotel transfers are subject to real-time traffic conditions and driver availability.
• We're not liable if a missed connection results from a delay caused by the transfer or rental supplier.

• Tour and holiday packages are sold as a single bundled product, not as separate line items.
• Swapping out one part of a package can affect the total price and availability of the rest.
• Any portion of a package you don't use is forfeited and cannot be refunded.
• Operational needs, safety concerns, or weather may require us to adjust a published itinerary.

We can help arrange travel insurance on your behalf, but once a policy is in place, its coverage and any claims are governed exclusively by the insurer's own terms. Take time to read the policy wording carefully before completing a purchase.

• Supply booking information that is complete and correct.
• Be on time for every flight, tour departure, or transfer.
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and supplier terms during your trip.
• Look after your own belongings and personal safety while travelling.

• Infinite-Route Travel functions purely as a booking agent and carries no liability when a supplier fails to deliver.
• We cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, or delay arising from how a third-party supplier performs its service.
• Where liability does arise, it is capped at the amount you paid for the specific booking in dispute.
• We accept no liability for circumstances outside our control, such as strikes, war, natural disasters, or travel restrictions.

Everything published across Infinite-Route Travel's platforms — text, design, and other content — belongs to Infinite-Route Travel. Copying, altering, or reusing it without our permission is not allowed.

• Customer data is collected and processed in line with the laws that apply to us.
• To complete your booking, relevant data may be passed on to the suppliers involved.
• We put safeguards in place to protect your data, though no system can promise complete protection.

We are not liable for any failure to deliver our Services that results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, civil unrest, or technical outages.

• We reserve the right to suspend or close an account that breaches this agreement.
• Ending an account doesn't cancel out any rights or obligations that already existed beforehand.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from it falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
