As an independent booking agent, Infinite-Route Travel Limited has no say in an airline's decision to cancel a flight, whether the request originates from you or from the airline itself. When an airline cancels a flight — because of a technical fault, a government directive, severe weather, or another operational reason — you don't lose anything. This kind of cancellation entitles you to a full refund of the ticket fare and any applicable taxes.
You're entitled to a 100% refund when your flight is cancelled by the airline. Infinite-Route Travel Limited releases your refund as soon as the airline processes it to us — no extra steps required on your part.
Cancelling because your plans changed, you're unwell, or for any other personal reason is entirely your call — but unlike an airline-initiated cancellation, what you get back depends on your fare grade, and whether any part of your trip has already been flown.
Refund eligibility differs widely by ticket grade. Always check your fare rules at the time of booking so there are no surprises later.
If your ticket hasn't been used at all, how much you can recover depends entirely on how flexible your fare grade is. The table below applies across every cabin class.

Once part of your itinerary has already been flown, the ticket generally stops being refundable — though a limited refund may still apply, depending on your fare grade.
Refund values drop sharply the moment any leg of your trip has been used, compared with a completely unused ticket.

You're marked a no-show if you miss your flight, or if you fail to notify Infinite-Route Travel Limited at least 12 hours before departure. Any resulting penalty is set entirely by the airline and varies by fare type.

Tickets for travel entirely within Nigeria follow a different rule to international fares: they're non-refundable by default if you cancel voluntarily, regardless of how far ahead you cancel. The only exception is if the airline itself cancels the flight — in that case, the full fare becomes refundable, same as any international booking.
Cancelling a domestic booking yourself does not entitle you to any refund, no matter how far in advance you cancel.
